Be kind To upset people by 1. Acknowledging their pain, 2. Showing you are here to help, 3. Providing a genuine solution. (Always being right rarely makes the other person feel good) |

Care for the 100,000 The customer we already have is twice as important as the one that is still out there. Look after them in a way that shows respect, appreciation and loyalty and they will do the same in return. |

Simplify Gardening Teach in a way that is inclusive for everybody to have a go. Appearing smart is not the priority. Too much detail leads to confusion and inaction. |

Entertain Life is to be enjoyed not endured. Don’t be boring. Be funny. Find ways to present the information in a fun, lighthearted way that puts a smile on their face. |

Show respect Especially to the elderly. They have done the hard yards. Let them know we care and appreciate their life, their knowledge and their custom. |

Look for the special Everybody has a story. Look and listen for the special moments in peoples lives, sometimes happy and sometimes sad but always important. |

Help others succeed Our success will be short lived if we don’t also take our suppliers and resellers on the journey too. Make it a win win so they are happy to keep working with us. |
